No cookies, no analytics. The rest is written out here, processor by processor. This English text is a translation; in the event of any discrepancy, the French version prevails.

Drawn up in accordance with the Swiss Federal Act on Data Protection (nFADP) and, for clients established in the European Union, with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

1. Data controller

2. Data collected

  • Identity data: surname, first name, company name.
  • Contact data: email address, telephone number.
  • Billing data: address, payment information processed by Stripe.
  • Content supplied for building the site: text, images, logos, information about your activity.
  • Technical browsing data strictly necessary to serve the site.

3. Purposes and legal bases

  • Performance of the contract — creation, delivery and hosting of the site (basis: performance of the contract).
  • Invoicing and accounting (basis: legal obligation).
  • Project-related communication, including reminders (basis: performance of the contract).
  • Replying to your enquiries by email (basis: legitimate interest).

4. Processors and hosting locations

We use the following providers to operate the service. Some are established in the United States: the data concerning them is therefore transferred there.

  • Stripe — payments — Ireland and United States.
  • Notion — project management — United States.
  • Tally — forms — Belgium, European Union.
  • Make — automation — European Union.
  • Google Drive — file storage — United States.
  • Vercel and GitHub Pages — hosting — United States and European Union.
  • Resend — sending project emails — United States.
  • jsDelivr — fonts and display libraries for the site — global network. No cookies; only your IP address is seen, for the duration of the load.

5. Retention periods

  • Accounting records: ten years, in accordance with Swiss law.
  • Project content: twelve months after delivery or suspension of the project.
  • Correspondence: for as long as needed to follow up the commercial relationship.

6. Your rights

You have the right to access, rectify, erase, object to and port your data. To exercise it, write to contact@up2front.com. We reply within thirty days.

You may also lodge a complaint with the Federal Data Protection and Information Commissioner (FDPIC), or with the supervisory authority of your country of residence in the European Union.

7. Cookies and local storage

This site sets no cookies: no advertising, no analytics, no technical ones. That is why no consent banner is shown to you: there is nothing to consent to.

  • The fields you type into the contact form are kept by your browser for the duration of your visit, so that you do not have to retype them if you change page. They are erased as soon as you close the tab and reach us only at the moment you submit the form.
  • The language you choose is stored locally, so that you are not asked for it again on every visit.

Both of these stay on your device. You can erase them at any time from your browser settings.

8. Security

Exchanges with this site are encrypted over HTTPS. Access to the tools used for your projects is protected by two-factor authentication.
