Referral terms
There are none. Rather than publish a rate card we could not honour, here is why. This English text is a translation; in the event of any discrepancy, the French version prevails.
No programme open to date
Up2Front has no referral, affiliate or introducer programme in place. No commission is promised, no sign-up is open, and no payment can be claimed on the basis of a recommendation.
Why this page exists anyway
A referral programme is not a checkbox. It means tracking who recommended whom, verifying that a payment actually took place, paying a sum to someone who is not a client, and handling that payment properly for accounting and tax purposes.
None of that is in place. We would rather say so than display a tempting figure we could not honour cleanly — and a page promising CHF 50 per referral with nothing behind it is exactly the sort of thing a client is entitled to hold against us.
If you recommend us anyway
It happens, and it is what keeps a young business alive. If someone orders because of you, write to us at contact@up2front.com: we will discuss it directly, case by case, with no rate card and no prior commitment. What we then propose will be a one-off arrangement, not the application of a programme.
It is less compelling than a rate card. It is what matches reality.
The day a programme opens
It will be announced here, with its full conditions: who can take part, what triggers a commission, when it is paid, how it is declared, and in which cases it is not. As long as this page says what it says, there is nothing to claim.
Reminder
The terms applicable to any order are the general terms and conditions of sale. They provide for no discount, no promotional code and no introducer commission.
